Describe how the situation developed. 
Illustrate how the company responded to the situation. Was the company's communication appropriate to the situation? What elements were missing?  
Select one or two potential solutions, such as social media messages, better listening, clarity of message, and business communication etiquette that might have been used to resolve your example. 
Include answers to the following questions in your paper:
Since the negative message was already out there, how did the company attempt to balance it with a counter message?
How could an organization prevent this problem by having a social media strategy in place?
How have you experienced the power of social media in affecting your decisions?
How can institutions plan a positive response to a bad impression caused by social media? 
Use at least two external peer-reviewed sources.
