1- to 2-page table using Microsoft® Word addressing the following in relation to creating an EDMS to be used by your company to store and track all electronic documents:
Define the policies to apply to documents so that document-related actions are audited, documents are retained or disposed of properly, and content important to the organization is protected.
How documents are converted as they transition from one stage to another during their life cycles.
How [electronic] documents are treated as corporate records, which must be retained according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines.
Incorporate faculty feedback from Part III.
Create a professional Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation of 7 to 10 slides detailing your Business Requirements Document incorporating your instructor's feedback from previous weeks. Your goal is to present this document for the new EDMS to your supervisor for further questions and discussion leading to the approval of the project. Include the following:
Videos, audio, photos, diagrams, or graphs as appropriate.
Substantial speaker notes to elaborate on the key points of your plan, or insert audio narration into your presentation. Note: Explore the Microsoft® PowerPoint® website to locate instructions on recording audio for an executive audience.
